These terms are issued by Girotrade LLC (“the Supplier”) and apply to legal entities and sole proprietors (“the Customer”) regarding the production and supply of extracts.
2Subject of the terms
The Supplier produces and supplies extracts based on requests submitted by the Customer. The website does not sell products directly; it is an information resource for arranging production and supply.
3Placing an order
The Customer submits a request through the contact form or other listed contacts. The scope, specification, price, and terms of each supply are agreed individually and confirmed in an invoice or a separate agreement.
4Prices and payment
Prices are not published on the website and are set individually for each order depending on product, volume, and delivery terms. Payment terms are specified in the invoice or agreement.
5Delivery
Delivery terms, packaging, and timelines are agreed for each order. Lead times for in-stock and made-to-order items may differ.
6Quality and documentation
Each batch is supplied with available documentation (COA, SDS, TDS, specifications). The set of documents depends on the product.
7Claims
Quality or quantity claims are submitted within 10 business days of delivery and handled under the procedure agreed in the invoice or agreement.
8Confidentiality
Formulation and technical information shared by the Customer is used only to prepare a proposal and arrange supply. A separate confidentiality agreement can be signed on request.
9Final provisions
